Octave Crystal Heights Hotel - Bangalore

The location is amazing, right next to Vapour, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and there is a wide variety of delicious options for breakfast available.

The hotel was located very close to Bangalore, restaurants and Indiranagar. We spent 1 night in a double room. Had private bathroom with all essentials. The setting of venue was amazing and nice, in center. We ordered lunch at Phobidden Fruit, located a short walk to the venue...

The rooms are reasonably spacious and decent and they have climate control, flat-screen television, and an electric kettle.

Nice and tidy room, with friendly staff. They offered a good selection of breakfast options. Great location, within walking distance to B Flat. 🌟

I enjoyed the hotel, its spacious room and excellent co-operating staff. The location was exceptionally nice, a super close walk to B Flat. It was also close to Bangalore, restaurants, and Indiranagar. Everything met expectation, I will choose the place for future trips.

Comfortable stay

I had a comfortable stay at Octave Crystal Heights. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with no trace of any unpleasant smell. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom was satisfactory and met my needs. The junior staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Although there were a few minor hiccups with the room amenities, such as a missing AC remote and delayed provision of towels after a request was made, the issues were promptly addressed when brought to their attention. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

We loved that this hotel was situated on one of the best streets in the city, making it an excellent location for transportation and exploring. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness standards were superb.

Nothing to dislike.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and parking during our Thanksgiving stay. The location was also convenient, situated close to a major shopping mall and several restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed that allowed for a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the room was a major issue. The room had a peculiar smell, and we noticed several stains on the linens.

The hotel is located in a prime area, which is very convenient for travelers who want to explore the city. Being in the middle of one of the best streets in the area, there are plenty of options for entertainment. the rooms come with a nice view that gives guests a lovely visual treat. the breakfast served has a decent variety of dishes.

The service is terrible. Despite repeated requests for clean linen, the staff has forgotten to provide it on several occasions.
